More randomness as I don’t have time to stay still in one thing for too long.
This is really going to bring my readership down the drain, but…
Which would be worse?
- when a Filipino starts a blog dorama
- when a Singaporean starts a blog dorama
- when a Canadian starts a blog dorama
- when a Japanese starts a blog dorama
- when an American starts a blog dorama
- when some other nationality starts a blog dorama
Since the most recent poll services I’ve used acted oddly, as my commenters have reported, I decided to “post” them here. Comments to posts are then counted as votes, then.
So, comment vote away!

This is it.
Every pedo must be screaming in agony, “Intellectual Property Theft!”.
You know, the scary thing is I’m thinking of the exact same thing. Does that make me a closet pedo?
Ahem. Okay, time to get serious on this.

I’m being frank right now. Nothing seems interesting in the animeverse…
This 2007 Spring Season 2006 Winter Season doesn’t seem to have interesting shows for me to watch. I guess it rings true what Hung and the other said about it in their latest podcast (aptly named “Revenge of the Nano” :P). Maybe the supposedly next one will be. :/
cue the Imperial March
So what does this mean for my blogging activities? Well, that would mean I get to focus on my “ever-growing” draft list that needs to be tended. Supposedly That was supposed to be my New Year’s Resolution, but I failed to make it in time. OTL
Well, anyway, expect some outdated posts from yours truly, Also look out for more random ramblings that are somehow related to the current season (like this one, for instance).
Now I gotta go watch Manabi Straight for now, as well as the so-called sequel OVA Winter Garden. Still hotly anticipating that Tales of Symphonia OVA coming next season, this year. Wonder if that’ll be faitful (or unfaithful, depending on your stock knowledge of the original game source) on the PS1 classic.
Oh, and I almost forgot to watch my backlog now. And I changed my wallpaper today, courtesy of DarkMirage.

Just thought I’d share my whole thoughts on what a fan is, and my frustration afterwards; may be inconclusive

Last Monday night, I watched the highly-anticipated Rozen Maiden Ouvertüre OVA. Even though I have seen the first two seasons, and have now watched this (approx.) 50-minute prequel twice in its entirety, there are still some gaps, questions, that were left unanswered in my mind.
We all knew that Suigintou was going to be the sinister nemesis/rival of Shinku some time in the future in the Alice Game. However, here is the question: She (Suigintou) considered herself to be the first of the Rozen Maidens (thus a marked target in the Alice Game; is a fact as well), but why did Shinku vehemently denied this? Why go through the trouble of taking care of here, even keeping knowledge of the Alice Game secret from her, in their first (I presume) encounter? Was this when she (Shinku) learned that Suigintou was the first doll, that she found crawling helplessly on the ground looking for “Father”, or when she was feeling for this one marionette who cannot move/function properly?
Also, what xxxverse (i.e. universe, multiverse, altiverse, etc.) was this set in? I’ve seen cameos of Barasuisho and Kana , as well as the infamous rabbit Laplace (not the mathematician) and “that Father’s apprentice” (for a lack of a better term).
So may questions to answer, and only those like these are left, but here’s the fundamental one: did Shinku cared for Suigintou as a “sister” or as a doll in distress?

I know this is late and all, but what the heck.
So I randomly decided to change my blog theme this year. And hey, it’s the new year, so cut me some slack here.
I decided that a change was in place with visibility, easy of use and customizability of view in mind. So comments and/or questions direct them to this post.
Until then.

If you have been visitng my blog for a long time, and revisit some of my older entries, you might have noticed the “Comments are closed” line at the end of each entry post (most have 0 comments. :(). Well, I have an explanation behind it.
Well, to prevent sudden influxes of comment spam on my blog (I mentioned it in my New Year post a few days back.), as well as my lack of technical experience in installing and managing Wordpress plugins (particularly the Spam Karma add-on; the last one I installed was the Gravatars plugin, back when I was starting to get used to the Wordpress blog backend interface; I haven’t used it since.), I had to uncheck the “Allow Comments” option on every post that I made. I noticed that the comments spams are mostly from my older entries, dating way back some months ago (including the “Decreased Posting Frequency” and “Women and Traps” posts). Some are even referencing my anime reviews from last year. So I decided on that course of action, even if that action was unadvisable.
Well, now that I’ve said that, I hope no one (or nothing, for that matter) decides to flood my most recent enties with comments spam, as I’ll be sure to lock it on first sight.

I bet no one has any what the connection is, but I’ll let you guys on it anyway.
So once again, I got bitten by the gamer bug. Since it’s been a long time I’ve shared my impressions since Tsubaki’s Comiket 70 Game Offering, I figured it’d be time to revitalize/reactivate my gaming genes again.

Great.
I know, I know, I’m already late for the New Year Bash, being the host/owner of this blog and all, but you gotta understand that even for peeps like me, I still have to enjoy getting out into the sun and trying to act sociable in front of everyone. So there.
I came back, logged in, and was surprised to find that over the past 2 weeks, I’ve accumulated over 200 spam comments? How’s that for a blog record? And since I’m on dial-up right now, it’s killing my (the connection’s, not the blog’s) bandwidth. So once I get back to my DSL connection right in the city, I’ll contemplate on what to do with this, again.
So what have I missed this coming year of the wild boar (looked it up the Chinese calendar. Ooh~ preparations.
)? I’m guessing it’s the new arrival of the Winter 2006/Spring 2007 edition, but I already got that covered. You should see the link to the (growing) list of shows making their debut this new year.
Off I go for some spring cleaning!
